The device can reset when VREGRADIO is in the DC/DC mode. This occurs more likely at higher than room temperatures.

Conditions

VREGRADIO is in the DC/DC mode.

Consequences

The device may reset.

Workaround

Do not enable DC/DC mode for VREGRADIO.
