nPM1300

nPM1300 is an integrated Power Management IC (PMIC) with advanced system management features. It comes in an easy-to-use 5x5 mm QFN or compact 3.1x2.4 mm WLCSP package. It has two highly efficient DC/DC buck regulators with configurable dual-mode output.

nPM1300 is designed for low-power wireless applications and is the perfect companion for an nRF52, nRF53, or nRF54 Series System on Chip (SoC). It supports charging of lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, and lithium iron phosphate batteries at up to 800 mA through USB-C. Up to 600 mA of total regulated power can be supplied from two 200 mA BUCK regulators and two 50 mA LDOs to external components. The LDOs are configurable as load switches and can switch loads of up to 100 mA each.

The integrated system management features reduce the cost and size of applications. The following integrated features are found in the device:

System management features and I/Os are configured through an I2C compatible two-wire Interface (TWI).
