The Nordic Thingy:53™ complies with FCC Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 2.1091, 2.093, 1.1307, and 1.1310 when the minimum distance between the Nordic Thingy:53’s antennas and the user is 20 cm or more. Operation in closer proximity to the user, for example, in hand, is allowed as long as the operation is limited to a 60 s/15 min period.
