The Nordic Thingy:53™ is equipped with a single RGB LED (LD1) that is controlled by three signals from the nRF5340 System on Chip (SoC) that are connected to transistors acting as switches.
The RGB LED provides visual feedback to the user. It can be used also as an auxiliary light for color measurements.
