The nRF52840 DK (PCA10056) can be used as a development platform for the nRF52840 System on Chip (SoC). It features an onboard programming and debugging solution.
In addition to radio communication, the SoC can communicate with a computer through USB and a virtual COM port provided by the interface MCU.
