The SoftDevice allows the number of connections, the configuration of each connection, and its role to be specified by the application.
Role configuration, the number of connections, and connection configuration, will
determine the amount of RAM resources used by the SoftDevice. The minimum required start
address for the application RAM, APP_RAM_BASE, will change accordingly.
