The examples in this section do not use a SoftDevice.

The following Zigbee-only examples demonstrate applications running only on Zigbee protocol.

Zigbee Light Control example demonstrates a basic light control application.
Zigbee CLI Agent example demonstrates a Zigbee router device (with the ability to be a Zigbee coordinator) that enables user interaction through the built-in CLI.
Zigbee OTA Upgrade examples demonstrate the devices used for the Zigbee OTA Upgrade process:
- Zigbee OTA Upgrade Client Example demonstrates a Zigbee OTA client device; it serves as a guide on how to add a OTA function to your own device.
- Zigbee OTA Upgrade Server Example with image transfer over BLE demonstrates a Zigbee OTA server device; it can be used to propagate OTA images inside the Zigbee network.
Zigbee Multi Sensor Example demonstrates a Zigbee Multi Sensor (Temperature & Pressure); the example be used as a guide on how to implement custom ZCL clusters.
Zigbee Multi Sensor with FreeRTOS Example demonstrates a Zigbee Multi Sensor (Temperature & Pressure) with FreeRTOS and shows how to use ZCL clusters in a multi-threaded FreeRTOS application.

To control Zigbee network and devices using Python language, you can use the Zigbee CLI Agent example and a Python CLI wrapper library.
