The read command reads locked bands.
Response syntax:
%XBANDLOCK: <permanent_lock>,<run-time_lock>The read response parameter and its defined value are the following:
An empty string is returned if bandlock is not set.
The following command example reads the locked bands. No permanent lock, runtime lock for bands 13, 4, and 1:
