GPS mode

The following table shows recommended test cases for conducted Global Positioning System (GPS) non-signaling mode.

The recommended signal level for GPS mode testing is -100 dBm. The %XRFTEST AT command uses the signal level at the nRF9160 GPS port as an input parameter for the RX gain setting. Therefore, the %XRFTEST signal power parameter needs to include the level increase from the external Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA).

The following figure shows the recommended GPS input signal level for GPS non-signaling mode testing.
