Use the standard SWD Arm®CoreSight™ DAP protocol to exit DIF mode. This is handled using the built-in CxxxPWRUPREQ and CxxxPWRUPACK features found in the Arm CoreSight DAP. When the debugger stops requesting the debug domain or the complete system to be powered up, the device will exit the debug interface mode.
We recommend a hard reset of the device after programming by the use of a power cycle to the device.
