[97] GPIOTE: High current consumption in System ON Idle mode

This anomaly applies to Revision 3, build codes QFAA-Gx0, QFAB-Gx0, CIAA-Gx0.

It was inherited from the previous IC revision Revision 2.

Symptoms

High current consumption (<20 µA) in System ON Idle mode.

Conditions

GPIOTE used with one or more channels in input mode.

Consequences

Higher current consumption.

Workaround

Use Port event to detect transitions on inputs instead of GPIOTE input mode.
