Radio Notification with concurrent peripheral and central connection events

The Peripheral link events are arbitrarily scheduled with respect to each other and to the Central links. Therefore, if a central event, for example, ends too close to the start of a peripheral event, the notification signal before the peripheral connection event might not be available to the application.

Figure 1 shows an example where the time distance between the central and the peripheral events is too small to allow the SoftDevice to trigger the ACTIVE notification signal.

If the following condition is met:

the notification signal will arrive, as illustrated in Figure 2.
